"On taking the Chair of the Lower Sunbury Residents' Association (LOSRA) four years ago, I was determined that the passive and very limited website should be replaced. It was in every respect a poor noticeboard for what has become an active and vibrant community group. I wanted a website which would reflect the dynamism and professionalism of the Association; and one which would become a first point of reference for all matters affecting the community within Lower Sunbury.
It is no exaggeration to say that Transmedia have provided the perfect medium for the purpose. The website has transformed the Association. It has given LOSRA a renewed gravitas; and has become an invaluable source of information, not just for residents, but also for the Local Authority and the local press. The recent introduction of a polling facility has also helped to democratise the Site, giving residents a voice in determining policy direction, and to air their views on contentious issues.
